The rollers are designed to destroy clods, pre-sowing and post-sowing soil compaction, leveling the field surface, compacting the subsurface soil layer in order to raise moisture to the horizon, and destroy the soil crust.

The main technical features of the ice rink:

• Simplicity of folding and unfolding the roller (bringing from the transport position to the working position), the tractor driver performs this operation without leaving the tractor cabin;

• The central beam and the beams of the side sections are made of a profile pipe 120 * 120 * 8 with a wall of 8 mm , which significantly increases the reliability of the roller and the service life ;

• Disc diameter 460mm ensures good consolidation and crust breaking even on very dry soil;

• The use of bearing 3609 (double-row spherical roller) in the bearing assemblies of the roller sections increases the overall reliability of the assembly and the roller as a whole.

• The roller section is fixed with a nut and a locknut . Such a system, even if the roller discs are turning, allows the section to be pulled together without removing the bearing assemblies.

• The universal roller frame allows both ring and spur sections to be installed on the roller frame.

• The synchronization system ensures smooth folding and unfolding of the roller (bringing from transport to working position and vice versa).
